Since the early days of 2019, the founders of the Baghdad Corridor agreed to present it as one of the think tanks and a factory for studies, research and public policy papers, which the government and its departments need to correct their performance according to scientific methods that are absent or neglected in the performance of the executive authorities in the center and the governorates alike.
It is not hidden from the reader that finding a space to convey the voice based on scientific methodologies faces great difficulties in the midst of a space full of doubt and partisanship.

The Al-Riwaq magazine project coincided with the October movement and what followed, so the title of the first issue was inspired by the possibility of the collapse of our young state or the renewal of its skin that was eaten away by the plague of corruption.
We were determined not to stop until we put our mark on the political system that does not recognize the neutral or scientific word except a little.
