The Executive Director of the Baghdad Riwaq Center for Public Policies, Mr. Adnan Abdel-Hussein, and the head of the Ain Network for Monitoring Elections, Mr. Saad Al-Battat, signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Baghdad Riwaq Center and the Ain Network that adopts a strategic partnership between the two parties in the field of training, development, scientific research, and knowledge and cultural exchange, as well as an agreement on Monitoring and tabulating the procedures and activities carried out by the parties related to the work of the two parties.
