Mr. Abbas Al-Anbouri, Head of the Baghdad Riwaq Center for Public Policies, received today, Monday,

the Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Futoshi Matsumoto.

The meeting witnessed a discussion of a number of issues, including those related to the investment of Japanese companies in Iraq, and measures that would develop the investment environment, by reducing bureaucratic procedures, and reaching an attractive and safe environment due to the large opportunities that exist in Iraq, which can make it The main destination for the movement of investment and companies.

For his part, the ambassador affirmed his desire to open the doors of cooperation with the Baghdad Rewaq Center regarding the establishment of Japanese cultural events and courses to teach the language in cooperation with the center and its various projects in training, research and publishing.

At the end of the visit, the ambassador was briefed on the center's pioneering work and projects that he worked on during the four years, through a tour of its corridors and meeting with employees in its main departments.
