Today, Monday, Mr. Abbas Al-Anbouri, Head of Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy, received the Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Futoshi Matsumoto.

The meeting witnessed the discussion of a number of issues, including those related to the investment of Japanese companies in Iraq, and the measures that would develop the investment environment, by reducing bureaucratic procedures and reaching an attractive and safe environment in view of the large amount of opportunities that exist in Iraq, which could make it The main destination for investment and corporate movement.

For his part, the ambassador expressed his desire to open the doors of cooperation with the Baghdad Riwaq Center on holding Japanese cultural events and courses to teach the language in cooperation with the center and its various projects in training, research and publishing.

At the conclusion of the visit, the ambassador was briefed on the center’s pioneering work and projects that it worked on during four years, through a tour of its halls and a meeting with employees in its main departments.
