The state of terrorism after ISIS (analytical approach: concept and method),

It was the title of the fifth Al-Rawaq platform symposium, in which Dr. Aqeel Habib discussed an approach to explaining the emergence and collapse of ISIS, in terms of context and factors of formation and linking them to what was stated in the content of the texts that expressed the thought of this organization within (books, audio recordings, articles on the organization’s websites). Therefore, the researcher tried to capture the moment when the text clashed with reality, as well as presenting the context of extremism from the moment of takfir fatwas to the moment of bombing operations and trying to trace the features of the new generation of terrorism and extremism after its defeat in Iraq.

The symposium was moderated by Dr. Alaa Hamid, and the symposium witnessed the presence of specialized researchers in the field of extremism and intellectual and security combat, at the Riwaq Jaafar Abu Al-Taman, Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy.
