The head of Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy, Mr. Abbas Al-Anbouri, received His Excellency the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in Baghdad, Mr. Pedro Martinez. During the meeting, developments in the Iraqi political arena and the chances of successfully forming the Iraqi government were discussed in light of the rapid developments in the political scene, especially after the representatives of the Sadrist bloc submitted their resignations from the Iraqi Council of Representatives.

The meeting also stressed the importance of improving the reality of the investment sector in Iraq because of its positive effects and repercussions in improving the reality of other sectors because it is considered a basic pillar in achieving economic growth.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Spanish Ambassador extended his deep thanks and appreciation to Rewaq Baghdad Center for its warm hospitality and reception, appreciating the positive role that the Center plays through its distinguished research and knowledge output.
