The head of the Baghdad Riwaq Center for Public Policy, Mr. Abbas Al-Anbouri, signed a memorandum of understanding with the head of the French Center for International Research and Policy Analysis, Dr. Aqila Al-Dubaishi, aimed at opening horizons of cooperation and partnership in various research, academic, and knowledge fields between the Baghdad Riwaq Center and the French Research Center.
