Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy hosted the Director of the Development and Training Department in the House of Representatives, Mr. Ali Omar Fattah, and the Director of the Strategic Planning Department in the House of Representatives, Mr. Omar Shaker Al-Daraji. During the meeting, Engineer Benin Muhammad Jaber, Director of the “I Am Parliament” project, reviewed the stages of developing the project in its first and second phases. It was agreed in principle to activate the application by starting to provide virtual offices whose purpose is to communicate and receive complaints and claims from the MPs and their voters with ease and flexibility. It is noteworthy that the “I am Parliament” application, which was designed and supervised by the Rwaq Baghdad Center, was developed prior to the 2021 elections to be a communication portal between the candidate and the voter, and it continues to date by providing various services and news related to the work of the House of Representatives in its current session.
