In the introduction to his talk, Dr. Alaa Hamid, Head of the Research and Studies Department at Riwaq Baghdad, reviewed the author’s products, his role, and his previous cognitive and media activity, and compared Iraq with other countries in giving Iran great importance in research and study, away from politicization.
