Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy hosted researchers and academics at the Palestinian Birzeit University, Dr. Rashad Tom, who held a dialogue symposium attended by a number of humanitarian researchers and those interested in “civil-military relations in the Arab region, new science and old challenges” through bilateral work on the nature of the interconnection and opposition between civil and military. And their embodiment in the Arab reality, confirming this through the model institution in both Tunisia and Egypt, to the role of the army in political and social life and the application of this to other directions of the Arab armies.
