The signatures included both Dr. Mahdi Al-Alaq, as the main author of the report, and Dr. Adnan Yassin. , Dr. Hassan Latif, and Dr. Alaa Hamid, as well as members of the project’s statistical and technical team, as this step represents the first starting line for the project of writing the development report on Iraq,
