A consultative meeting was held at the Iraqi Ministry of Planning regarding the National Human Development Report, titled "Citizenship and the New Social Contract." The report's drafting team and the advisory committee supervising it participated in the meeting, where a draft of the national report was presented and comments were taken from the advisory committee. This report is being implemented in collaboration between the Baghdad Center for Public Policy and the United Nations Development Programme.
