Our book is a series of seminars organized by the Baghdad Center for Public Policy, which it documented after converting it from audio material to reading. This book was distinguished by its multi-topic nature, with the main purpose of trying to find solutions to real problems that occurred in our present. The center prepared it as one of its basic tasks as part of Iraqi society with the aim of Serving individuals, society and its institutions, whether political, economic or social, under one tent whose sole concern is improving the state and society.
