An advanced electronic application developed with the support of the German "Konrad Adenauer Foundation", to create an effective link between the voter and the candidate, in a manner that guarantees the selection of the most qualified candidate and the achievement of a fair and transparent electoral process.

The application gives the voter the opportunity to identify and view the electoral data and program of each candidate, within the candidates in his constituency, in a way that facilitates the process of selecting the best among them. He is guaranteed the right to express his opinion on the candidate through rejection, acceptance, or neutrality.

The application establishes an integrated database for both voters and candidates by providing the feature of registration within the constituencies in which they will be elected or nominated. The application also gives the candidate the opportunity to display his data to the voters, including (biography, electoral program, advertisements... and others).
