Within the project "Within the project "Supporting a reconsideration of the Iraqi constitutional framework", which is currently being implemented between Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy and International IDEA (The International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance), the dialogue workshop entitled "Dialogue of the components of Iraqi society on constitutional events" was held at Rewaq Baghdad Center, to discuss the reality of the constitutional experience and its implications for the Iraqi component agreements since the adoption of the constitution until now, the nature of writing the 2005 constitution, the positions of the Iraqi components and their opinions about its nature and effects, the circumstances surrounding its writing phase, and the most important challenges that accompanied its application, especially with regard to ensuring the rights of the components and its reflection on the effectiveness of their participation in political life, or through the principle of community coexistence, this workshop aims to develop appropriate mechanisms through which to give a full perception of the obstacles and challenges that faced constitution writing and the mechanisms of its application, especially after seventeen years, as well as to remind about the various opinions and differences around him with regard to granting him civil, political and social rights, which he approved for these components, or which he neglected to address or confirm in his constitutional texts and articles, among the most prominent participants in this workshop were:
