 Within the project "Within the project "Supporting a reconsideration of the Iraqi constitutional framework", which is currently being implemented between Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy and International IDEA (The International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance), the dialogue workshop entitled "Dialogue of the components of Iraqi society on constitutional events" was held at Rewaq Baghdad Center, to discuss the reality of the constitutional experience and its implications for the Iraqi component agreements since the adoption of the constitution until now, the nature of writing the 2005 constitution, the positions of the Iraqi components and their opinions about its nature and effects, the circumstances surrounding its writing phase, and the most important challenges that accompanied its application, especially with regard to ensuring the rights of the components and its reflection on the effectiveness of their participation in political life, or through the principle of community coexistence, this workshop aims to develop appropriate mechanisms through which to give a full perception of the obstacles and challenges that faced constitution writing and the mechanisms of its application, especially after seventeen years, as well as to remind about the various opinions and differences around him with regard to granting him civil, political and social rights, which he approved for these components, or which he neglected to address or confirm in his constitutional texts and articles, among the most prominent participants in this workshop were:

-The writer and academic, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Abadi.
- Mr. Delovan Berwari (General Coordinator of the Network of Volunteer Lawyers for Freedom of Expression).
- Mr. Raad Jabbar Al-Khamisi (Deputy of the Endowments Diwan for Christian, Yazidi and Mandaean Sabeans).
⁃ Former MP Muhammad Al-Shabki (for the Shabak component).
⁃ Professor Amer Mamdouh ( Professor at the Iraqi University, College of Arts)
⁃ Former MP Yonadam Kanna (chairman of the Al-Rafidain and General Secretary of the Assyrian Democratic Movement).
- Mrs. Elham Makki Hammadi (a researcher and activist in gender issues and a teacher at the Ministry of Education).
-Professor Hassan Kazem Obaid (Senior Researcher at the Ministry of Youth and Sports).
- Representative Abbas Al-Bayati (representing the Turkmen component).
- Former MP Saeb Khidr (Rapporteur of the Constitutional Amendments Committee and the Legal Committee)
